Bosch has not customer service. I bought a Bosch DW 7 years ago and have replaced the control panel on it TWICE and it is DEAD AGAIN. That is a total of FOUR control panels in 7 years (counting original) Bosch denies that there is a problem with the panel, yet they now recommend that you turn up temp on your whole house water heater, then turn on the water at your sink and allow it to get really hot before you start the dishwasher to 'save' the control panel. Id' say there is something wrong with the dishwasher's panel! What do you think? I don't want to babysit a dishwasher for this price. I am a professional high-end kitchen designer - and they won't help me. If this is how they treat me, what hope do you as just a consumer have? Buy Asko.
