Running up to 4,000 operations-per-second and processing up to 2,048-bit RSA public key transactions, the Sun Crypto Accelerator 1000 board improves server response times and increases the number of clients the server can support simultaneously. Fully scalable, multiple Sun Crypto Accelerator 1000 cards can be stacked to increase performance and handle high-peak loads. The board plugs easily into the PCI slot in your server and installs seamlessly into a Sun server platform being deployed as a Web server.
