Madge's Smart Ringswitch Express is supplied with TrueView, Madge's device management software for Windows. In addition, Device Managers for the Smart Ringswitch family are available for HP OpenView and IBM NetView for AIX, allowing Ringswitch products to be incorporated into existing management platforms. The Smart Ringswitch family is the only switching solution to offer support for all 10 Remote MONitoring (RMON) groups. This functionality provides full visibility of the traffic being switched - essential for troubleshooting problems with mission-critical resources connected directly to a backbone switch.
